Kell West Regional Hospital ended clinical operations on December 2, 2025, as United Regional moves forward with acquiring the property and facility for future use. Their plans include developing new health care services and expanding access to care for our community.

For 27 years KWRH, alongside United Regional, has been honored to serve the health care needs of this community.

Effective April 1st, we have retained Cariend, a medical records custodian, to manage the records. Cariend is not a medical provider and does not handle billing, medications, or referrals for the closed practice. Requestors should be prepared to complete the Records Release Authorization Form and provide a copy of government-issued photo ID, as required by HIPAA.
