Sleep Disorders

 

Sleep disorders usually develop gradually over many years becoming part of one's normal life and many times there is not a consideration that the symptoms are actually a problem with sleep. 

 

If you exhibit any of the following symptoms, you might have a sleep disorder and would benefit from further medical evaluation:

If you exhibit any of these symptoms then you should discuss these with your health care provider as you might benefit from a sleep study (polysomnogram).
