The Kell West Regional Hospital's primary care clinic, Texoma Primary Care, is staffed by certified family nurse practitioners and physician assistents. These practitioners complete the highest clinical training available for nurses.

They collaborate with and refer to the Kell West Preferred Provider network.
Located adjacent to Kell West Regional Hospital in the Kell West Regional Medical Center, the clinic is accessible and convenient. Scheduled appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcomed. The clinic accepts Medicare, Tricare, BlueCross, BlueCross HMO, Blue Essentials Network as well as most other major insurance plans.
